**Dear DIA Team,** We fully support the team’s proposal for the 2024 treasury release and kind request the addition of 91,500 DIA community airdrop to reward active participants. \*\*Proposal: Add Community Airdrop of 91,500 DIA Tokens for 2024 \*\* As a united and thriving community, we are incredibly proud of the progress DIA has made over the years. With groundbreaking initiatives like **DIA Lumina** on the horizon and continuous advancements in technology, partnerships, and ecosystem growth, we celebrate the shared achievements that have brought DIA to the forefront of decentralized data solutions. In the spirit of collaboration and gratitude, we are excited to announce a new proposal for the **2024 Community Airdrop** , continuing the **tradition from 2022 and 2023**. This initiative seeks to reward and recognize our community support and active participation in governance. We also emphasize that the requested **91,500 DIA tokens** represent a **very small amount** of the overall treasury and will **not impact DIA’s operational or strategic objectives**. This airdrop is designed to strengthen community engagement while ensuring that the core business remains unaffected. **Key Details of the Proposal** 1. **Total Allocation** : 91,500 DIA tokens. 2. **Distribution Method** : - **Equal Shares to All Eligible Participants** : All community members who voted on any DIA proposals during the years **2022** , **2023** , and **2024** will receive an equal share of the airdrop. - **Data Sources** : - **Formula** : Token Allocation =91,500 DIA Allocation Per Participant = 91,500 DIA​ / Total Number of Voters 1. **Claim Mechanism** : - Airdrop tokens will be **claimed manually** by eligible participants. - Details and instructions for claiming will be shared post-approval. **Rationale for the Proposal** The annual community airdrop is a hallmark initiative that recognizes and rewards active governance participants. To ensure the airdrop process is transparent, I have compiled all necessary data for the distribution of the 91,500 DIA tokens, providing the team with an opportunity to reverify it. > **[DIA AIRDROP DATA 2024](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1b-rvzKFrSaDXTLQ-t0vE-Iab_CM-byBcICJ5rQHzECk/edit?usp=sharing)** > > This Sheet is private ### **Data Compilation Details** - **2022–2023 Airdrop Data** : I have retrieved and consolidated all data from the previous airdrop events in 2022 and 2023. - **2024 Snapshot Votes** : For 2024, I extracted data from the Snapshot voting page. This includes participation in all governance votes conducted during the year, **except for the airdrop vote itself**. Excluding the airdrop vote ensures that the process remains fair and does not incentivize opportunistic behavior where individuals might vote solely to qualify for the airdrop. ### **Data Processing** I have thoroughly pivoted all the data from the 2022 and 2023 airdrops and the 2024 voters to identify and retrieve the list of **unique voters**. The distribution was then determined based on this list. The team now has the opportunity to recheck and verify the information, ensuring full transparency to our community. Regards, Alex ---

Not sure why this vote couldn’t have been included in the first proposal? It seems that the amount of DIA counted for project promotion and the amount of DIA counted for distribution to active users are significantly different. In this case, a yes/no vote could be created. Team Proposal: Treasury Release for 2024 + Community Proposal. Just to clarify a little bit, when will there be a vote again on the context of the Treasury Release as part of the DIA promotion.
